Tomato Sauce can be used as a dipping sauce for finger foods and it can also be used to cook meat and vegetables,
A very simple and nice dish cooking with Tomato Sauce is Tomato Scramble Egg, add the beaten egg into the heated pan and fried for a while, then remove it from the pan, put aside. Add in chopped tomatoes (in small pieces) and add in tomato sauce with a bit of oyster sauce, our Plum Sauce and sugar, add in some water as well and cook until the tomatoes soften, then add the scramble egg in and mix well. This dish is then done!! Only this dish itself will increase your appetite, especially kids will like it very much!!
